2020 Nissan Rogue car play volume issues

My Rogue has CarPlay and I am not able to adjust the volume. Are there any options to adjust it?

Once you connect your device to your car with CarPlay, you then will need to use your vehicles built-in controls to control CarPlay features. So if you're having difficulties adjusting the volume using your iPhone, this is likely the reason and you'll want to use the volume adjuster in your car instead. You can read more about using the controls for CarPlay in the resource below. If you're having difficulties adjusting the volume using the adjuster in your car, you'll want to reach out to your manufacturer.
