Command + L Not Working in Safari with Mac OS 11.6 update

Command + L shortcut is not working in Safari with latest MacOS 11.6 update.

Shortcut is working in Chrome browser.

Mac mini, macOS 11.6

MacOS Sanoma 14.0 - Safari 17.0 “Cycle through Windows” function is removed. Hi, After the last Safari 17.0 update the “Cycle through Windows” does not function anymore. Adding it to the Keyboard-app shortcuts it no work-around. It does not show up in the (top) Windows-menu. for me it was bound to key-shortcut CMD-‘tilde’ Anyone know if this is going to be fixed ? or where to bug-report this ? i’m really missing this MacOS-wide function. It does work in other applications like Finder, Pages, Numbers, Mail, …. Regards Arno
