Subscription

I renewed my subscription to Microsoft Office through Apple this past June. My credit card reflects the charge. Microsoft has no record of my subscription. There is no apparent method of communicating with either Apple or Microsoft to discuss the problem.

Subscription for Microsoft 365 Family charged twice. Hi currently I had a free try one for the Microsoft 365 on your App Store which I agreed to convert to a one year paid subscription. I have been billed for two subscriptions of £79.99 each and my apps account is showing two subscriptions (one with a word Logo and one with an Excel logo) . I rang the help desk at Apple and was informed that the charges related to separate charges for word & excel. On checking the details however the version I have includes word ,Excel ,power point ,one Note and outlook as standard . How could I have been charged twice for the same subscription. I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription in Oct 2019, it stopped a few days ago and it wants me to purchase another subscription. I cannot even upload or find my receipt now further back from Feb 2021, who can I contact to resolve this issue? I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription in Oct 2019, it stopped a few days ago and now when I open Word or Excel, it wants me to purchase another subscription or sign in. Once signed in, it has no record of my purchase. In the app store, it shows I purchased it, but now my purchased subscription records only go back to February of 2021. Who can I contact to resolve this issue?

microsoft office subscription Hey there, two months ago I`ve subscribed to a Microsoft Office 365 subscription from my Mac and I didn`t cancel in time(the trial was one month). It is already the second month when it keeps renewing itself - I keep receive mails from Apple cause there`s a billing problem- “The charge for your subscription was declined by your Visa .... . To avoid losing access to your service, update your payment method.” Yes, my card is nearly empty and I never used the product. I`ve tried managing it both from my Microsoft account(where it was impossible to manage my subscription) and Apple account(where I did not seem to be subscribed to the yearly package. Apple says that “If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, then the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. “- then why the billing? What can I do to cancel my subscription once for all since it is this billed through Apple ? Can someone help me understand &fix this mistake?:D Thank you.
