Hulu videos not downloading to iPad

I cannot download videos to my iPad Air 2. The circle spins but doesn't start the

download. I upgraded to iOS 15 but no improvement. The same videos download

easily on my iPhone and my wife's iPad mini. I saw similar reports on Reddit but not here. Anyone else having the same problem?

And btw when I tried to post this question using the same iPad I got an error message saying “Your session has expired. Please log in again to restore your question.” Twice. very frustrating.

After any iOS/iPadOS upgrade/update, you should ALWAYS perform a simple hard reset of your Apple mobile device.

For older iPad models with a Home button, do a simple hard reset of your iPad by holding down both the Home and sleep/wake/power button simultaneously until your iPad goes to black and restarts with Apple logo, then release the buttons.
