Hello, has anyone noticed jelly scrolling on the screen while viewing web pages ?

I can’t post a screenshot, but go to YouTube and see it in action. It’s basically where the left side of the screen refreshes slower than the right. This happens in portrait mode not landscape.
If you have had this iPad for less than 14-days, you can return this iPad to Apple for a full refund or another new replacement iPad.
You need to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have your Apple iPad exchanged for another new one.'
Check for this issue in another new unit IN THE STORE, before leaving the store, to make sure this is not a widespread defect with this new iPad Mini 6 model.
Failing that,
You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.
Use the Device Performance support category.

And I can't even get a full refund in Hong Kong for any purchase in Apple within 14 days if the product has no defects!
Thanks, I think it’s affecting me whole product line. It’s not just me, so it’s either software or hardware. It doesn’t affect performance
