Notes on iPad and iPhone after IOS 15 update

I have the same issue on Notes after updating to iOS15. There seems to be a keyboard lag when I type on my iPhone or iPad. There’s no lag anywhere else except the Notes app. To be more specific, it’s kinda like input lag. I type something and it takes a while for notes to register what I just typed.
