Anyone else experiencing issues launching notes on IOS 16 and after so many seconds it crashes? Makes using Notes on iPhone unusable.
have seen this since 16 and was on my 13 pro max and now 14 pro max and updated to 16.0.3 yesterday still same problem. Help!

So I tried a few other things and last one I believe fixed it. I tried hard press on app to create new note, didn’t work, new checklist didn’t work then new photo, snapped a pick and hasn’t crashed in over an hour and almost all synced up. Hope this helps someone else and it stays stable!
This did not help and now it crashes and doesn’t let sync to occur while trying to download.
This may have finally fixed this for me…thanks!
I had to do these in a different order. New Photo would still crash the app, so would New Note. New Checklist finally worked and my notes are syncing. Fingers crossed…this has been really frustrating.
Creating a new note in this way fixed the same prob for me.
Long term notes user with no problems then after IOS 16 upgrade crashing every time I tried to start notes.
After trying multiple solutions it was clear the crash is due to syncing w iCloud.
I don’t know why this fixes the problem but it has.

Mine is crashing again. Might be because macOS and iPadOS haven’t been updated. Hoping tomorrow’s releases fix it.
