Logitech Streamcam LED flicker

I have the Logitech streamcam and use this with my MacBook Pro M1 chip. Because of the LED lights in my office the webcam has a really irritating flicker in the background. The only way to adjust this is to download the Logitech Capture software, but unfortunately this isn't compatible with the M1 chip. Is there any other way of adjusting the frame frequency on the cam?

I have it plugged into the USB port via a Type-C adaptor, which will limit the 60fps option but this is not a frame rate issue. Logitech webcam not working properly after Monterey My Logitech C922 webcam will not hold the settings when going into video conferencing. This started happening immediately after upgrading to Monterey OS.

Webcam recordings low resolution no matter what tool I use to record. Suggestions? I am using a logitech brio on macbook pro ventura 13.2.1. The video quality is low even though the camera is 4K and platforms I am trying to record on (streamyard and zoom) are using 1080p. Is there a setting on Mac that I need to update?
