My Apple Pay is not working on mobile but working on watch, I’ve removed the cards from Apple Pay and re added, but it’s still not working .

With Apple Pay, you must link a bank account, on Apple Cash on the Watch, you must link a card. There is a verification step also. Apple Cash uses a credit card account and Apple Pay uses a linked bank account. Need to use the Wallet app to make changes.
Apple Watch text uses Apple Cash in conjunction with your wallet. Different but similar. Easy to get into a fraud situation with iMessage and Apple Cash; beware!
