Small Problem in the Shortcuts App on Ipad

i am trying to make a shortcut that changes my wallpaper automatically, everything works exactly as i want it too except with the "change wallpaper" shortcut, when i turn off the preview setting so i don't get the pop-up to change my wallpaper, it suddenly says "there was a problem running this shortcut" this is quite annoying and i don't know if this was meant to be this way or not. is there a way to fix this?
