App purchase history removal-one App.

I downloaded an App called Grindr in 2019. I never activated it and recently deleted it, I want to purchase Apple One and Family share but don't want my family to know that I downloaded this APP. Can Family Share member view my App store and iTunes purchasing history. If so, Please delete this Grindr APP form my purchasing history.
