It was working on my iPhone 12, just got my 13 and it's not working now....

Make sure your Apple Watch is unlocked and on wrist, and your iPhone is unlocked

Phone is unlocked and watch is on my wrist and unlocked.
I have also powered down both devices and rebooted.
I put in airplane mode and took out.
I still have my old phone, even turned that off and tried again.
This is a known issue. Read this from Apple Support --> If Unlock with Apple Watch isn't working on your iPhone 13 - Apple Support
We'll have to wait for an update to fix this on iPhone 13.
