I often start a video on a site or within News and it starts up with a black image but does have sound. If I restart or otherwise shuttle the playback position in the video, the picture will suddenly appear. Will continue to work until it doesn’t. Perhaps after a restart of ipad. Not sure what causes it to misbehave again.

Have you tested this issue while connected to another network? Are you currently connected to a Wi-Fi network when playing these videos? We're curious if this issue occurs due to the network connection.
