Apple Music Replay

My Apple Music only shows years 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 and has never updated since. I’ve no idea why 2016 is also missing. I use Apple Music every single day. I must listen to at least 100 tracks a month and I’m still not getting updates. Also the years that do show are really limited. Most years I have only show around 12 tracks but 2017 for example has over 50

Why is it so erratic and why isn’t it working correctly?

Finally, why does this never actually get answered properly? I’ve searched loads on the Community pages (a LOT of people having same issue) and you always just get referred to the replay website which doesn’t work or just says listen to more music which is nonsense!

You need to look into this more Apple or I’m off to Spotify!

This is a user-to-user forum, we are volunteers, we are not Apple employees.

Can you confirm what happens when you try to access Apple Music replay via the web at https://music.apple.com/replay

You should be able to select "Get Replay Mix"

If you scroll down to the bottom, where the section is titled "Go Back In Time", you should be able to view previous versions of Apple Replay and add them as a playlist.
