Do you want to upload to a Mac or PC?

PC: Connect the iPhone to PC via USB and open up the photos app. In the top right corner of the app, click the import button. Choose USB. If the program doesn't detect your device, make sure you trusted it on your iPhone, and that iTunes is installed. When images and videos are uploaded, verify they are all there and delete them off your device.

Mac: Airdrop. In the photos app on your iPhone, select the images and videos you wish to put on the computer, click the share button, and and select "Airdrop". Your Mac should show up as an option. If it doesn't, open the control center on your iPhone (iPhone SE (2020) and iPhone 8 and earlier: swipe up from the bottom of your screen.) (iPhone X and later: swipe down from the top-right of your screen.) When the control center is open, tap the Airdrop button and select "everyone". iPad (your iPad), swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen and select Airdrop. select "everyone".

(macOS 11 and later) On your Mac, open the control center (top right corner, to the left of the date and time) and select "Airdrop". Choose "everyone".

(macOS 10.15 and earlier) Open Finder and select Airdrop (top-left corner) and change the setting on-screen to everyone.

Hope this helps!

I'm not quite certain what you're asking about here, but it seems maybe you're running short on device-local storage. If so, here are some articles that describe some of the options and alternatives for off-loading the contents of the iPhone elsewhere...
