Down loading photo/video from my Drone to this IPad
Photos/videos look like they down load but then are not on IPad. Don’t know how to get into “finder”

Presumably your drone photos are all on an SD or microSD card? If so, to transfer your photos to your iPad, you simply require a Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader:

This support page describes the simple process to transfer your photos:
Finder is on Mac. you cannot copy directly to iPad.
