With my Apple ID, I can access SEED, App Store, iTunes Store but unable sign into iCloud.com, Says "Connection Error - iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server."
How to fix this ?

Are you using Safari or a different browser? Additionally, if possible, try to log into iCloud.com using a different device.
