I have 3 email accounts that are setup on my phone, 2 Google accounts and 1 Outlook. I must have hit something, because I noticed that for all 3 accounts, messages that were in my inbox previously that were older than 1 week, got deleted. I checked on my computer and it's the same thing. Please help, I didn't mean to do this and must have hit a setting on my phone. I have IOS 14.7.1 on an iPhone XS.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand that your emails are being deleted if they are older than one week. Just to confirm, are these emails that are in the trash or are they all still in your inbox? You'll want to make sure that you have "Ask Before Deleting" enabled in Settings > Mail. Also if you go to Settings > Mail > (choose your account) > Advanced, you can determine how long you want your mail to sit before being deleted.

They have been moved to the trash from my inbox and I didn't prompt that. The items you suggested will not help me. I didn't mass delete all of my emails older than a week, so why did/is that happening to ALL of my accounts? Also I do not see anywhere to select how long messages sit before getting deleted. I upgraded to IOS 15.
