Bluetooth Headphones bleeps

Got a new iphone 11, ios 14.6, cant make it work with Sennheiser 4.40 BT - almost each action is accompanied by a bleep, a default headphones bleep you hear when changing the volumes with its buttons. For some reason it plays when i change volume on the phone, when i type, when i get a notification. Muting the phone doesnt help.

I see many people having this issue, but not a single helpful answer.

Fyi i didnt have this problem on android 3 days ago, please no robotic answers with “third party accessories” links =)
