I forgot my AirPods , how can I found it , I have only my box of AirPods . My device is iPhone 6s

By "box" are you referring to the AirPods charging case?

To be able to locate your AirPods, all of the following must be true:

• Find My iPhone, on your iPhone, must have been enabled BEFORE they were lost.
• The AirPods are within Bluetooth range of your iPhone.
• They are not in their charging case. If "box" is the charging case, then this shouldn't be an issue.
• They are still charged.
• The AirPods have not been reset.
