So I updated my Iphone 8 to IOS 15 today...
My phone doesn't function properly anymore and I didn't make a back up.
What are my options everyone?

Have you restarted the phone since the update? It might help to do a Forced Restart.

If that doesn't help, you might tell us exactly what isn't working properly and perhaps we can offer better help.
There is a 5 second delay in typing and normal use, can't use my camera anymore (screens goes black and to homescreen after pressing the "take picture" button, opening apps takes up to 10 seconds or automatically goes to homescreen.

I just did and it seems to work again. I'm a real newbie in this kind of stuff, thank you guys!
Remember the Forced Restart as it can solve a multitude of small annoying glitches. I sometimes use it for no reason and things always seem to work better after the Forced Restart.
