Add account is greyed out on Outlook when trying to add an IMAP account on MacBook Air.
I select IMAP, I can add my email address ok, I then enter my password, all the settings as as IONOS tell me they should be but the 'add account' tab remains greased out and I cannot work out how to fix this.
This is an IONOS webmail account I am trying to add. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you there's no error and you're just unable to add the account, try adding the account while in safe mode.
