iPhone send PDF to Android(?) via text from iPhone 7plus

Hello all:

I'm trying to send a small PDF file attached to a text message (SMS) and I keep getting "Not Delivered." I do not know the type of phone the intended recipient has (iPhone, Android, etc.)

I performed a "Reset Network Settings" as described earlier in this thread, no luck.

It sounds like you're having an issue sending an attachment in Messages. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.

We'd recommend trying the steps in this article: If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
