I clicked on a link from a fake text message about a delivery from DHL. There was nothing showing on teh screen when I clicked on the link. Will my Phone and Mac be at risk as my Phone was plugged into my Mac. Thanks.

No. No issues. You will be fine. Generally these types of links lead you to input some type of information that the perpetrator can use. You did not input anything. Your Mac is also fine.
