hey so i have the iphone 11 in teal and i wanted to do a trade in with the iphone 13 but can i still do it even if my old phone got one crack ? it’s works perfectly fine as if it’s brand new so can i still do it or no ?

Typically, if a phone is damaged, it has no trade value. Where is the crack? The screen or the back? If it's the screen, you could pay Apple $199 to replace the screen. If its the back of the phone, then entire phone would have to be replaces as the back glass is fused and can't be repaired. A replacement phone would cost $399.
An iPhone 11 in perfect condition (no scratches, cracks or other issues) would bring up to $340 in trade.
You'd have to show the phone to Apple, but it's not likely going to be worth anything in trade and paying for the repairs, pretty much negates any trade value you'd get.

You will have to get the screen repaired before you can trade it in. They will not accept a broken device for a trade.
