Does anyone know how to save your spot while watching a show on Apple TV? Ours starts our show over every single time. We are using my PS4 to watch it.

Make sure that you are signed in with your Apple ID account. The Apple TV app is supposed to remember the watch progress by storing it online as a property of the Apple ID account. To resume at a later time (after pause time out, or a next viewing moment), start from the Up Next entry.
Check that the system software is u-to-date.
Check that the Apple TV app is up-to-date.
Try deleting and reinstalling the app.
Try restarting the device.
