Approximately 5 years ago, I had a voicemail that I had saved to the Icloud and I can't find it anywhere. It is that of my late mother. I'm certain it was there and felt confident it as it was the "cloud". Now fast forward, I can't find it anywhere. Is it possible to still recover old voicemails years later; even after upgrading to new phones?

While iCloud does back up most data on your device, certain things that are stored through your carrier, such as voicemail, are not backed up automatically. This can show you what things are and aren't backed up in iCloud: What does iCloud back up?
Did you export this voicemail and manually save it in iCloud in something like the Files app? If not, you'll want to reach out to your carrier as they would be able to provide you with any available options.

Thank you for your response. I do recall that I saved it externally but not in the flies app. This was back in 2014 so I was unfamiliar with different apps. I’ll check with my carrier at the time. Hopefully they will have the records. Someone has to right?
