I just downloaded macOS Big Sur. I tried going on Blackboard to do homework but it won't allow me. It says "please update your settings to allow 3rd party cookies." I have unlocked my cookies but I don't see anything about 3rd party cookies. This is on my phone and Mac. What do I do?

On the Mac computer Safari >> Preferences >> Privacy Tab and see if " Block All Cookies" is enable with checkmark
iPhone >> Setting >> Safari >> Privacy & Security - same thing " Block All Cookies " enabled or not.
