Speaker volume on iPhone 13 pro

Hey, Same issues for the last two/ 3 weeks, brand new phone. There are YouTube videos that help you troubleshoot. Try resetting all of your settings or your phone then give it an hour and see if that works. A lot of people have had a lot of luck with resetting and going through some of their settings. Probably just a software issue, not a hardware one...but who knows. Best of Luck. If not contact apple directly great customer support.

I just purchased my iPhone 13 pro max a couple of days ago and I’m also having a problem with phone cal volume and key tap sounds. Sometimes it’s working okay and sometimes I can’t hear the key taps at all and the phone call volume is to low and I keep hitting the volume up but with no response. Tech support wasn’t able to help resolve it and recommended return or exchange it.

Yep, same problem here. After reading all the ways to troubleshoot this problem, I turned on the Mono audio under Accessibility > Audio/Visual AND had to turn off my iphone, waited maybe 15 seconds and turned it back on. It seemed to do the trick! Phew I was so frustrated with the super low sound. Thanks everyone!

Btw, I tried messing with the Background Sound settings under accessibilty > audio/visial and none of the suggestions did anything to help.

Same issue here on both new iPhone 13s. everything it turned up and have tried all the “tricks”. My old XR was much louder when talking on speaker phone

I’m experiencing the same thing this morning. Can’t hear anything on my iphone 13, and it’s on full blown volume.

I too have the 13pro and the speaker sounds muffled . Thought it was me but google showed me other wise. This phone is wayyy to expensive for this.

I am having the same issue with my IPhone 13 Pro Max. I recently upgraded from the XR and when I talk on the speaker phone it is horrible. The iPhone XR speaker works loads better!

I had the same problem and it was driving me crazy. But I discovered that my phone was on silent mode. As soon as I turned off the silent mode, it was nice and loud.

just reboot your iphone. hard reboot press and hold the volume up and down button and press the power button. its working on my iphone 13 pro max.

The speakers on my iPhone 13Pro are terrible I can hardly hear and I have no problems with my hearing. While watching videos I can barely hear.
