Apple Cash payment not received?

Someone sent me Apple Pay and it shows received and completed on my history but doesn’t show the amount in the Apple Card balance in corner

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

try turning on airplane mode for 15 seconds. if that does not work sign out of your Apple ID and back in
