buggy watch

so for context. i was swimming (with water lock mode) and out of nowhere the watch starts counting down emergency sos. i stopped it and it kept doing it. so i disabled the option. after i was done swimming i drained the watch and that’s when it started being weird again. the option to sos and to restart the watch came up without me touching it. it wouldn’t count down anymore but still gave me the option. after that it reset over and over by itself until it ran out of battery. now that it’s charged, when i try to turn it on it just shows the apple logo. i’ve held both buttons to force restart it but that doesn’t work. and it’s charged. i don’t know what else i can do
