Iphone 13 Lock and notification sound low

You can spend hours and days or even weeks trying to improve the volume levels but in the end the hard truth is unfortunately no there isn't a fix or permanent solution.

Sorry I wish there were but in the world we live in these days they have probably muted the volume so we don't get scared or scare anyone else when an alert goes off suddenly.

Getting iPhone 14 Pro Max soon, I fully expect the problems to exist on that phone just the same. Someone at Apple has authorised the volume for notifications to be lowered, why is the big question, even Watch 8 suffers from the same problem with no apparent solution, ring volume is ok but notifications and Siri exercise notifications are pathetically low compared to Watch 7.

Apple if you are listening, get it sorted please, all we want is to raise the notification volume more please!

I have 13 mini and from time to time lock sound is dead even though it's not on mute and ringer sounds are at least 75%

It's so annoying to see my iphone 11 (work phone) NOT having this problem. And I'm wondering why the fk did I still bought it?

Does your phone ring loud and then low?

The lock sound and the message alerts are low please fix. it is brand new iphone 13 Pro.

Yes, been to the apple store and they accepted the issue, but are helpless!

my iPhone XR is Loud as it should be.

The lock sound is barely audible and from what I have read, this is a common problem on i13mini or pro. Can I fix it?

This wasn’t an issue with my old phone but of course I upgraded to iPhone 13 and I’m missing texts and notifications! The fact everyone is complaining and they still have yet to fix it really irritates me. I’ve been with Apple since the beginning but I can’t afford to miss messages for work. They need to correct this ASAP!

I recently upgraded to a an iPhone 13Pro from an 1Pro and noticed the exact same issues i.e. Lock sound being ridiculously low and keyboard click sound increasing as I type more.

I was in fact worried sick that I had gotten a bad piece but having found all these comments, I know there are several others dealing with the same issue.

if this is indeed a software fix, I really can’t understand Apple’s reluctance to fix it?!!

I would have stayed with my iphone XsMax had I read this thread. Have the same issue with 13 ProMax

Each phone release is plagued with issues. My XsMax worked FINE, now I really regret this.

It's always a crapshoot w/this company. Never ceases to amaze me.

The weather app changed too, it's 2 step process change from F to C, stupid idea. It was fine right at the bottom. Then they put a search bar at the top, another dumb idea. Now I see less weather of the cities I have listed. They always change STUPID little things.

Do they ever think to put a JUNK/SPAM email button to block certain addresses in the Mail app...No. You have to open the contacts section to block.

I can't figure them out.

Yet they make it easier to search for cities for the stupid weather.

Since purchasing the iPhone 13 Pro Max, I can't hear any notifications and I miss calls all the time. I always thought it was because I put the phone on silent at times, but started noticing this the last few days when I had all the volumes up and ringers on. We need a fix to this asap. This fix should be expedited, especially for a device that costs $1k+.
