Unable to login in Xfinity with Safari on iPhone

For some reason, I have not been able to login Xfinity https://login.xfinity.com/login on my iPhone 11 for weeks. It works fine on Chrome and I can login using my wife‘s iPhone. We both have latest iOS 14.7.1


i have been wrecking my brain but cannot seem to figure out what the **** is going on.


i tried clearing browser cache, restarting the phone (twice). I do not have “block all cookies” setting turned on.


to eliminate the possibility of wifi router being the problem, I also tried turning off wifi and using my carrier data to login, same issue.


pls can anyone tell me what could be the problem?

We see that you’re having an issue with signing in to your Xfinity account via Safari on your iPhone. We want to help. Is this the only website giving you an issue? If it is the only website, you may want to reach out to Xfinity directly.


Also, iOS 15 is the most recent version. If you have not yet done so, you can update your iPhone. It is a good practice to back up your iPhone before updating.
