Why does the audio keep playing even after the website as well as the browser is closed. It stops sometimes but if you re open the browser (in my case google chrome) after some time it suddenly starts playing from where I left. It’s sometimes very embarrassing when you open to search something between a meeting and a music starts playing. How can I solve this problem?

When you open Control Center on your iPad after exiting a video, does it show the video paused/playing in the audio card section in Control Center? If so, does it still appear after you quit the Safari app?

Same here. Closed a tab playing a video. Now when I have Music playing and go to safari the music stops. In control center it shows the video still playing. This is not a thousand buck experience.
