Hi, I need help!

For some unknown reason I cannot log into my Coinbase account because I no longer receive the 2 step verification

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

We looked in to this and found the following resource from Coinbase that might help - 2-step verification troubleshooting Coinbase Support. If those steps don't help, we noticed there is a Contact us link on that same page to reach out to Coinbase directly.

Hi, and thanks for the reply.

All you did was refer me to coin base's BS canned answers.....I need to bring both my computer and phone to a apple specialist because EACH and EVERY time I try to get help from coinable NOTHING works.

Yes, it could be operator error. But it's a really vulnerable position to be in when a service DOESNT have HUMAN customer service. I'm in the freakin endless loop and can't even CLOSE MY account!!

An option is SMALL CLAIMS COURT! What a really SHI&&Y site Coinable turned out to be.
