Husband's iPhone location sharing stopped working w/ me, yet it still works for others. Settings appear correct. Help!

My husband and I have shared our iPhone locations indefinitely for years, primarily because he has early onset Alzheimers. Several weeks ago, his phone stopped sharing location. He doesn't have the ability or skill to change settings on his own and I have gone through the steps to reset them but they all appear correct. I just updated both our phones tonight to V.14.8 and it has made no difference. His phone though can see my location, and my phone can see other family member's locations, just not his.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have an iPhone 10 and he has an iPhone 11. You mentioned some great troubleshooting steps, here is a resource to help you View or change cellular settings on iPhone. This will help ensure that his cellular data is allowing him to use location services when not on Wi-Fi.

Lastly, go ahead and make sure that his settings are enabled properly to share location. Here is how you can: Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
