Apple pencil 1 is not working

I'm currently using an Apple pencil 1 on my iPad 7th gen. Despite the pencil tip is fairly new (I've replaced it only 3 months ago) and has no damage (I didn't drop it anywhere), the pencil doesn't perform on the iPad (to be specific, the iPad sometimes recognises the pencil for 5-10 seconds, but then goes back to the current status) even though it is connected fine. I've been experiencing this issue since Monday and it makes me irritating since I save all of my studies on the iPad. I tried every solutions suggested on the internet; tightening the tip, rebooting the device, repairing and charging the pencil but none of these worked. Does this mean that my iPad screen is troublesome (which doesn't make sense though since it has no trouble sensing my fingers), or is it simply the pencil tip's problem?

I think it is time for you to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have both your Apple iPad and Pencil diagnosed and options presented you.

Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.

Use the Hardware Repair and Device Performance categories.

OR

by installing and using the Apple Support app found in the iOS App Store.
