iPad iOS 9.3.5 unable to join internet

after a reset I am not able to connect my iPad (32GB on iOS 9.3.5) to my home internet.

the message is “unable to join the network”.

i can connect to my iPhone via hotspot though.

i have tried all recommendations (reset internet setting, restart ipad, restart router, forget internet +++).

thanks for your help.

do you have any other tips?

From your post, it looks like you are unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network. We want to help. Please follow the steps in this article that talks about If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support.


Also, when you do connect again, there is an update for your iPad: About iOS 9 Updates - Apple Support It is always a good practice to back up your iPad before updating.
