Recover deleted email

I need to get a email to show that I have had a positive test result the problem is when I got the email I deleted it about 2 months ago and now I need to get the email back as I am going away abroad and I cannot find my email in my trash inbox or any inbox

Once an email is deleted and trash emptied, if applicable, it cannot be recovered unless your email provider has a way of doing so.

It cannot be recovered from your phone.

iCloud does not retain deleted email messages if the Trash has been emptied.
