Ipad pro magic keyboard
on my macbook pro im used to use the azerty keyboard for arabic language on a physical english keyboard. Can the same thing be done on the Ipad ? Or do I need to get an Arabic keyboard?

I don't think it is possible, regardless of the keyboard you have. The iOS settings that govern which key does what on a hardware keyboard are only available for Arabic and Qwerty layouts and not Azerty. There is no way yet to add the Arabic azerty layout available on MacOS or for users to customize layouts.
