iCloud mail doesn’t display toolbar
When writing an email, I can’t find the toolbar.already checked Settings to confirm “Display” is turned on in mail.

We are happy to help with the issue you are having with not seeing your toolbar in your email. What device is this happening on? Is it an iOS device or a Mac?
If this is happening on a Mac, you should quit Mail, restart your device and try again. You should verify that you don't have your toolbar hidden. You can find the steps on how to check this outlined in Customize toolbars on Mac.
You can also try to Start up your Mac in safe mode and see if the same thing happens.
