Apparently im not the only one experiencing this. I hope this gets fixed soon! You can see the flicker clearly when taking a video as well

I know this post is older but I was able to figure this problem out. In the camera settings turn off "Auto Macro" at the bottom of the screen. That setting automatically switches to the Ultra Wide Camera to capture Macro Photos so it will make that jumping effect if it's turned on and something comes close to frame.
I’m also experiencing this. A little annoying as I purchased this phone for the better camera and it’s worse. I’m going to apple today to see if its fixable.
Let’s us all know the outcome and hopefully they don’t pass on it and refuse to acknowledge there is a fault

Did it get fixed? I had a replacement and it’s still happening.
I have the exact same problem. I screen recorded the issue and sent it to apple but they said it’s normal… quite frustrating really!

just purchased iphone 13 pro max with same issue. my video shakes violently at 1x and i constantly get an “undo” error when using phone. what’s the solve here?

this didn't work - and i have the camera flickering whether in video or taking a live photo.
Unfortunately, I have tried this and still have the same issue. I hear the lens almost clicking, video / image shakes.
My iPhone 13 pro is doings similar flickering thing when I take a photo or video of the train timetable. The actual view when seen by the eye is fine. The camera is recording a flicker
