How do I request a book in iBooks

2 of 3 The Drifting Classroom volumes are available but not the 3rd one and I was wondering if I could request it to be added in some way.

I purchase the book instead of the audiobook can I get that changed? I purchased a book, but I wanted an audiobook. Is there anyway to get that transferred to an audiobook? I already paid for the book

You should contact the publisher, as they are the ones who decide what books they ask to put in Apple's store.
