Current pace in Apple watch

I have recently bought an apple watch series 6.

I can't see multiple or single metric option in my my watch app. I want to be able to see current pace. I can see the current pace option but it is in the list of do not include list and it is not editable when I go into edit mode.

I am following a training program and I really need to see current pace for speed run trainings.

Tap on the red badge to remove an entry then tap on the one in the bottom that you do want.

Finding cadence settings for Apple Watch I've seen instructions on how to track cadence with Apple Watch that says to open the watch app on iPhone and find workout and find the cadence setting but there is no cadence setting there in my app. What am I missing? My watch started showing a split pace for my outdoor walk. I don’t know how to change it back How can I change my watch back to a previous setting? It started showing a split pace when I’m doing my outdoor walk.
