Hi,
Have you changed the battery before? If yes, did you change the battery from apple authorize or apple repair store? If not, I recommend you to bring your device to apple authorize repair. You can visit this link https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service/battery-power
Thanks,

Hello ~ Well…I doubt seriously if Apple will work on it for you. You can take it back to the repair shop to see what can be done or you may just have to live with the message. That back glass replacement can cause lots of problems as you are finding out. You can contact Apple to see if they can do anything for you but pretty sure they will not. Give both options a try. Good luck:)

Hello ~Where did you have your battery changed? If not with Apple or an authorized repair outlet…that is the problem and if so you voided your warranty as well. Take a look here for more info:

Hello ~ The key is where did you have the work done? If the back glass was changed by a third party repair shop and not Apple they may have damaged your iPhone in the process. If that is the case or if your battery is now failing…..may be another problem. So again…where was the work done?

Your phone is now completely unsupportable and untouchable by Apple.
The back glass can not be replaced by Apple or any authorized service provider. The internals are laminated to the back glass.
Now that it's been tampered with, Apple won't go near it and we really can't help you.
You can live with the message, or recycle it and buy a new phone.
Hello ~There is a good chance Apple will not work on an iPhone if the battery has indeed been replaced elsewhere. It also voids the warranty.
