Mail Setup IMAP over SSL

i facing to configure email account in my MacbookPro450, initially it was working unfortunate I had forget my system password and unable to open laptop then I changed HD and with MacOS Catalina 10.15.7, initially old HD have MacOSHigh Serria 10.13.6

Kindly suggest solution

Mac Mail password I have not had to use my password in Mac Mail for a long time and cannot remember what it is. I would like to be able to change it but the instructions for doing so have not worked. My latest attempt is to navigate to Mail -> Preferences -> Accounts and select the account from the pane on the left. Well I only have one account there called iCloud IMAP. Now when I select Server Settings tab from the right pane, it does not list any server settings at all, it simply has a single dropdown menu labelled Outgoing Mail Account which has the value 'iCloud'. The only other choices in the dropdown are 'None' and 'Edit SMTP Server List...' Clicking on this last one reveals another window with no servers listed and 'No Selection' in all the fields. Clicking on the Advanced tab reveals only that there is no TLS certificate and no way to specify one. What I would really like to do is to connect a different email client to my iCloud account and need all the server settings data to set it up. Does Apple prevent me from doin this?

Outlook setup for iCloud Mail on a MACbook 10.14.6 Hi. Using Outlook on a MacBook Pro w/ 10.14.6. Not recognizing my@mac.com password. (I can get in no problem to iCloud via my browser using the same credentials). Does anyone have a copy of the correct incoming and outgoing server info. Also, please confirm that I check SSL for both oncoming and outgoing servers. Help appreciated. Thanks. Best.

Advanced options (e.g. SSL) missing in Internet Accounts I added an IMAP account successfully to Mail.app in Internet Accounts I need to make sure it's connecting by SSL with the Encrypted Password option Apple provides this help page: https://support.apple.com/guide/mail/change-server-settings-cpmlprefacctadv/mac However, all those options are missing when I click "Advanced" in Internet Accounts in MacOS Big Sur 11.1.
