Endless loop Completing Apple ID

Just downloaded newest version of iTunes to PC v12.12.1.1. Created a new account. Tried to sign in with that new account. Terms and Conditions says "By clicking Continue, you acknowledge that you agree to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions." When I click "Continue," a popup window appears saying, "You must agree to the Apple Services Terms and Conditions to continue." Select "OK." I then click on the link to the Apple Services Terms and Conditions, and there is no way to select "I agree" or anything of the sort. I am stuck in an endless loop trying to complete the creation of my Apple ID.


I accessed my new account via web browser and confirmed that account was verified from my email and payment info is included. There is no way to accept terms and conditions on the web browser side of my Apple ID account. Not sure what else there is to do other than report an endless loop for trying to agree to terms and conditions.

I love how the only responses are to go to the settings on your iphone. The original poster never mentions owning an iPhone. I have the exact same issue and I don't have an iPhone either. This issue is being caused in my case because I subscribed to Apple TV+ to be watch on my Roku streaming device. It has been a total cluster getting it to work anywhere else. One suggestion I found was to install itunes on my PC, log into my apple account and authorize that PC. But I am stuck in this same loop with accepting the terms in itunes.

If you still need to do so, a pop up should appear which allows you to do so. If for some reason you're not getting the prompt to accept the terms and conditions, try accessing your account from another device, such as a Mac, using the App Store app."

Contact Apple. Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
