Hello , i just want to know how does the trading work , like I’ve choose my new i13 and i said will trade my old phone in for an certain discount, but the thing is it takes 1 month for the phone to come , so i have to trade my old phone first without having a phone for a month or can copy all my things from my old to new phone ?

No. You keep your current phone until after you've received your new phone. After you receive your new phone, a few days later a box will arrive with instructions to send the old phone back. This will give you time to move over to the new phone before you have to send in the old one.
