Having problems using the Telegram app

Hello dear Apple developers. I have some problems using the Telegram app. I want to put a photo on my profile in telegram through the camera, that is, take a photo right in the telegram and put it. I take a picture, but when i want to move it, the photo moves with glitches. Please help with solving this problem
