AppleID Private relay not forwarding emails

I want to know why I cannot received emails sent to me trough the apple id private relay service for hiding my main email. I mean there is no forwarding for the messages sent from different apps that I registered by using the apple is private relay service.


I already checked the junk/spam tray and the emails are not there

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 15

WOW, wow, wow, the standard apple reply of look at this article whist you didn't read what the user said! So many have this issue. I can't get verify codes because you must be marking it as spam and not forwarding it. Users need a way to access the spam folder on hide my email on free iCloud accounts, and you need to forward verify codes, wasting hours due to poor implementation of an idea and poor customer service. You are turning people away from Hide my.

Community Specialists are basically apple employees or bots at the bottom that have no power to change nor feedback but their jobs are to repost articles that are no where near answers the problem, without reading the OG posters problem and hence my problem. Lol of course we check our junk folder. Posters have made the point already that emails came through but not the technical support where he was going for a refund from door dash. Another hour wasted during to get a verify code. Will never use hide my email again

Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.


If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.
